CasinoPro.ch publishes casino news and reviews for an adult audience in Switzerland. This page says which data we use, for how long, and how to say no.

Why we process data
We show the site in the right language, remember whether you accepted statistics, and — only with your consent — count pages read. We do not create accounts. We do not sell data. We do not run profiled advertising.
Cookies
NEXT_LOCALE — 12 months. Remembers the language you choose or the one read from the browser. Necessary. cp-consent — 6 months. Remembers whether you accepted statistics. Necessary, and it does not measure visits. _ga and _ga_* — up to 24 months, and only after consent. They tell visits apart in Google Analytics. If you refuse, they are not set. The 18+ confirmation stays in the browser’s local storage (cp-age-ok). It is not a cookie and it is not sent to us.
Google Analytics and Search Console
With a yes, Google Analytics 4 sets _ga cookies and tells visits apart. Without a yes there is no statistics cookie and no profile: if a measurement ID is connected, Google may receive only a cookieless signal, for an aggregate estimate, not to recognise you. Without an ID, nothing starts. Google may process this data in the United States as well. Advertising cookies stay off. Refusing is a button, the same as accepting. From the footer you can change your mind: necessary only deletes the _ga cookies. Search Console does not set a cookie in a visitor’s browser. We use it to see how Google indexes the site. The public sitemap is https://casinopro.ch/sitemap.xml .
Who receives data
Hosting is on Vercel: connection logs are used to serve and protect the site. If you accept statistics, Google receives the measurement. A link to a casino leaves this site: that operator’s notice applies from there. An affiliate commission, when there is one, is described in the affiliate disclosure. We do not hand over lists of readers.
Rights
Under the Swiss Data Protection Act you can ask for access, correction and deletion, and object to processing, within the limits of the law. For statistics, refuse them or delete the cookies in your browser. Complaint to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner: https://www.edoeb.admin.ch . For these rights you can write via https://postiglione.ch.
Operator requests
If an operator asks for a profile, we keep the name, website, email and message so we can read them and reply. The request does not create a profile and is not sold.
Adults
The site is for people aged 18 or over. The confirmation in the window does not prove age and does not replace the gambling operator’s own checks.
